Special Orders

If you have a special occassion on the horizon, looking for larger quantities than we normally carry, or have a special request, let us know! Special orders typically take several weeks to process and must be paid in advance.

Gift wrap is available on select items for $4.50. You will be able to add gift wrap and send a personal message at checkout. 

Gorgeous, black and white floral brocade gift wrap made from 80% recycled paper. Tied with Eco-grosgrain ribbon woven from yarn made of 100% post consumer recycled bottles in luxurious Lemon Grass color. Wrapping tissue is made from 100% Recycled Paper in Lemon Grass. 100% recycled paper packaging/boxes.

$5 Flat Rate Shipping on Any Size Order. Anywhere in the US. Average 3-5 Day Delivery.

      Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Please note that in an effort to reduce our impact on the environment, Lemon Tree Square uses CareMail recycled newspaper mailers and recycled or gently used cardboard shipping boxes. All of our packaging material is made from either biodegradable or recycled materials.

In an effort to expedite your order, select items may ship from different locations and may therefore arrive separately.

Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
